** Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
** How long does it take to ship?
All U.S. Domestic orders process within 1-5 business days.
International orders may take over 2 weeks and up to 8 depending on which country you live in and customs.
If you do not get an order confirmation email immediately after you order, please email email@example.com and we can re-send you a fresh copy or figure out what happened. Don’t panic. Seriously. We’ll stick with you every step of the way until we make things right with you.
If you would like to cancel your order you must cancel BEFORE we ship your items.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Pozitivo cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

** How do I track my order?
To track your order, please click here (https://style.pozitivo.net/track-order/) and enter your order number and billing zip code. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details.
What is your return policy?
Return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 7 days of the order delivery date and you will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 7 days of the order delivery date confirmed by your tracking number cannot be refunded.
How do I return something?
1. Contact us by email at here (https://style.pozitivo.net/track-order/), or by using Messenger on our Facebook Page. Provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will be emailed a return confirmation number within 24-48 hours. Keep this written down until you mail your package.
3. Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to shipping address which will be provided with your order:
4. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number and return confirmation number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns.
5. We will email you when your return is processed.
6. Once your return is processed, please allow 24-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back onto your payment method.
